Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026 · CashMints is operated by Derek Caceres d/b/a CashMints (United States).

The service. CashMints lists third-party offers and surveys and shows their exact payout and timing before you start. Completing an offer is strictly voluntary and never required to use the site.
Who can use it. Residents of the United States aged 18 or older. One balance per device. No accounts, no passwords — your balance is tied to the browser device shown in your Get paid section.
Earnings and payouts. Confirmed offer earnings appear in your balance. Payouts are requested on the site, reviewed manually, and sent to the PayPal address saved on your device, normally within 24 hours of an offer confirming, minimum $1.00. We never ask for your bank details, ID, or credit card — PayPal address only.
Reversals. If an advertiser reverses or claws back a conversion, the associated earnings are removed from the balance. Only confirmed, non-reversed earnings are payable.
Your conduct. No completing offers yourself, no bots or automated traffic, no fake or misleading activity, no multiple devices to farm bonuses. Violations end the relationship and forfeit unpaid balances.
Third-party offers. Each offer is fulfilled by its own advertiser; their completion rules and reward amounts govern that offer. We publish each offer's payout and timing before you start it.
Invite bonus. $0.25 is paid once per friend you invite when their confirmed earnings reach $1.00 — from our share, never from theirs.
Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above always shows the current version.
